A Possible D Holiday..

Don't worry about it, IronyChild. This is why we're working together as a team! Together we'll accomplish a lot! But I don't want the DVD to be overwhelming. I don't want it to be underwhelming either. (As if that's a word!)

What is this "D-day"? I guess we'll just have to discuss it.

Oh. I guess I've gone so off track with Mad Tea Party that I nearly forgot...
I thought D-day was to be D's anniversary; a day to celebrate their coming together. I still love the idea of carrying around a rose, etc. We should discuss it more, and we shall!

D-day is still in the process of being worked out, but Mad Tea Party is ready to begin. All I need are the names of the hosts -- the people who are going to be doing the main work.

I, for one, am a host -- the project leader.
IronyChild, you're a host -- the DVD editor.

Synth, you had mentioned you would help translate. If you're still up for it, please reply! You can be a host. And if anyone else would like to donate help, please tell me now. I am serious about this project and if we don't prepare now we'll never be ready.

D-day is a sister event which Malice_Rose is in charge of. While I and IronyChild are planning to help her with this, it's Malice_Rose you should contact for more details.

I also have a drawing update! My D Mad Tea Party drawing is almost done. All that's left is Tsunehito, a.k.a. the Queen of Hearts. Sadly my scanner was being a jerk again so everything lightly drawn didn't appear. Still, I'd like for you to see!



It's still rough and I need to add details. I was wondering, does anyone have a program to color it all nice-like? ^^; I don't have one and I'd hate to send D a boring black and white drawing of such a colorful event!

Of course you do! Anyone's welcomed! I just wanted to make it clear that D-day is your creation. It's a sister event to Mad Tea Party, meaning they work together, hand-in-hand! D-day is the bigger of the two, so that's why I offer my help.

Since I'm here I'd like to announce that I'm going to create a website for the Mad Tea Party event. Malice_Rose, would you like D-day to also be a part of this website? (I don't know if you'd like a seperate site or not.) It won't be a big website, just a simple one where we'll post the guidelines and updates. I was trying to decide between making a LiveJournal Community or a Freewebs Site, but if anyone knows a better suited site, let me know! I'm going to include it with our DVD credits, should there be a slight chance D is interested in how we went about this.

Excuse me! Does anyone here have web design skills, even the slightest? I am ready to make the website for these D events. (No matter how lame you may think it is.)

^ I do, but since I'm just now getting my bearings with CSS (I used to just use raw HTML back in the day... yes back when CSS didn't exist. @_@) I think you'll find much more qualified people on this forum. ^^ I can try to help out if you need someone willing to put in the time, though.

You can help if you'd like!! I'll put your name as the "web designer". Or something. Hehehe! I think I'm going to go with a LiveJournal Community for these events rather than FreeWebs. We all use LiveJournal anyway!

I could help just a little... I've done up to Year 13 computing, so although I don't know much about html and pretty design stuff, I can throw around suggestions for the general layout.

I rather liked the Hiroki and HIDE-ZOU on the picture too... you can totally tell its them, and their expressions are priceless >_<
