Banned members.

I banned members for the month of October, who had ZERO posts. I'm going to continue doing this every month, so if you want to STAY in the forum, post at least ONCE a month, so that I know you're still active. If we get any convos, then great! But for now, once a month is all I need to keep you here. If you're going to be gone for more than a month, please let one of us know, so we can make note of it when the time comes to do cuts/bans.
